Toilet Paper Roll Mummies (10-Minute Halloween Craft)
Those empty toilet paper rolls you've been saving "for a project"? This is the project. Cute little mummies for your windowsill, table or front step.
Time: 10 minutes · Level: Easy
What you need
Empty toilet paper rolls
White yarn, gauze, or strips of an old white T-shirt
Googly eyes (finally, a use for all 400)
Glue or tape
Optional: battery tea lights to put inside
How to make it
Tape or glue one end of the yarn or strip to the roll.
Wrap it around the roll at messy angles, leaving a small gap near the top for the eyes.
Tuck in and glue the loose end.
Stick two googly eyes in the gap. Mismatched sizes are funnier.
Drop a tea light inside for a spooky glow.
Make it WhatEves
Make a whole mummy family in different heights by cutting some rolls shorter. Paper towel rolls make a great "tall dad."
